With a view to promoting the idea of volunteerism and reflecting it as a permanent life approach, the Organization initiated the establishment of Al Rajaa Volunteer Forum in Jerusalem in 2017. The Forum aims to cooperate and participate in community and service voluntary work in various Palestinian cities and with all community and educational institutions.
The idea of establishing the Forum was widely welcomed within the Organization's corridors and administrative staff. A committee of volunteers of the Association and the Summer Camps Task Force was formed. The Forum comprises more than 30 young people interested in volunteering.
Al Rajaa Volunteer Forum carried out several initiatives in the city of Jerusalem, most notably: "Coffee and Pass Initiative", in which coffee and passage are offered in front of hard barriers every Sunday in the early morning hours in recognition of the Palestinian workers and toilers based on the social responsibility of the Organization.

Members of Al Rajaa Volunteer Forum participated in many volunteer activities. Volunteers joined the "Undersea Moon Marathon" held in Jericho in 2017, along with participating in Ramadan cultural tours and the effectiveness of lighting the "Ramadan in Jerusalem Non" lantern in 2018.
Within the framework of the Organization's endeavour to familiarize its pioneers with all villages and cities of the homeland, the Organization organized a recreational trip to the north of Palestine, including a visit to the village of Matalla, the Hasbani River and the city of Tiberias. Al Rajaa also held an educational tour for the summer camp staff in the northern Palestinian region of Wadi al-Horn to promote cultural and national identity and appreciate their efforts and giving.
