Al-Raja Organization launched the Future Skills projects on Wednesday and Thursday, July 2-3, which include the programs: Leaders, Muhtawa, Diyar, and Hadara, targeting youth aged 11 to 16. These projects combine personal development with leadership, media, tourism guidance, and programming skills through integrated pathways.

The Leaders project focuses on preparing boys and girls by developing leadership skills, building confidence, and fostering responsibility, while the Muhtawa program provides a space for creativity in digital media and content creation.

The Hadara project enables boys to acquire programming skills, critical thinking, and creativity, whereas Diyar offers girls learning opportunities in tourism guidance, communication, and exploring Palestinian cultural and historical landmarks.

The first training session was held at the Ain Hamad Nature Reserve, where participants experienced an inspiring field session featuring adventure activities and orienteering that combined challenge, exploration, and teamwork in an engaging interactive environment.

The launch of the Future Skills projects represents a qualitative step toward empowering Jerusalem’s youth, equipping them with the necessary skills to shape their future and actively contribute to their community.
