About The Camp:
As part of the Future Skills Projects, Al Rajaa Organization organized the Leaders Camp in Jericho, a multi-day journey of learning and practice. Participants engaged in a comprehensive training environment designed to strengthen leadership skills and shape character through a rich blend of knowledge and hands-on experience.
The camp featured specialized workshops on strategic planning, time management, public speaking, and decision-making, alongside sports and group activities that offered participants real opportunities to practice collaboration, creative thinking, and teamwork.
Because we believe leadership is not taught but built through practice, this camp marked a meaningful step toward preparing a proactive, responsible, and impactful generation—ready to face challenges and create change in their communities.
